The Burning Ghost!
I’m sure you, like many people, have had a time when you were talking to someone about a great webcomic you enjoy. Of course, Ghost Zero, being your favorite webcomic, is one you especially wanted to share.
Him: “Ghost Zero, eh? I’ll check it out. What’s the web address?”
You: “It’s www dot ghost zero zero dot com.”
Him: “What? Two zeroes?”
You: “No, there’s only one zero. Well, there are two of them, but only one is spelled out. You see, it’s like…”
And so on. Nothing is like the frustration of not being able to tell someone about something you love. Well, that frustration is a thing of the past! Now, you can simply use our new, improved URL: http://ghostzero.com! Yes, that’s right, no more awkward conversations, no more enduring rolling eyes and blank stares. Now, you can share your favorite webcomic URL with ease and enjoyment!
So go on, enjoy yourself without fear! Share that new URL today! http://ghostzero.com!

GHOST ZERO: Ghosts with Guns is now available for free via Wowio through the digital publisher Dakuwaka! Wowio is a growing digital publisher that offers tons of books, comics, and graphic novels for download completely free to the user. There are a couple of hurdles, however. One is that currently, you have to be in the U.S. to take advantage of this, and second is that you have to have an ISP-tied email address…gmail, yahoo, and hotmail don’t work. Apparently, they use the ISP-tied email address to make sure that you are who you say you are, and not a person with a hundred different email addresses logging in to download. If you have a work email, school email or internet-provider email, those should work fine.
The great news is, once you’ve overcome that hurdle, there are literally thousands of great PDF’s there you can download and read. I personally have really enjoyed reprents of old comics like “Adventures into the Unknown”, “America’s Best Comics”, “Ghost Comics”, “Flash Gordon”, “Steve Canyon”, “The Phantom” and tons more.
So, run over and check out “Ghosts with Guns” on Wowio!
I’ll be out this weekend enjoying my 3rd wedding anniversary (and Indiana Jones!). Hope you have a great one!

Vigilante Crypt, Page 14
You see that, kids? Bullies always get…..burned to death..by ghosts. Ah, well…maybe that’s not so good a moral as it could be. Does the arrival of the ghost take some of the “heat” off of Eddie? Is he still in the “hot seat”? Ugh. Too…many….puns….)
I hope everyone enjoyed seeing Iron Man (I sure did) and are jonesing to see Indiana Jones this weekend. I’m looking forward to a straight-up pulp-style romp, and it looks like this movie will provide. Also, the new trailer to Will Smith’s movie Hancock looks pretty darned cool too! Things look healthy on the movie horizon, that’s for sure.
The GHOST ZERO: Ghosts with Guns book is headed in an interesting direction…hopefully I’ll be able to say more about that this week.) Anthony put the pages for Vigilante Crypt so far into a PDF in comic form, and it’s really something nice to see when you flip through it. When you work on things a day at a time, it’s easy to forget how it builds. I’m glad he did it, because it really puts where I am in perspective with the story, and gives me a little extra incentive to push through.
Anyway, enjoy the page. I know Anthony is taking his wife on a bit of a vacation next weekend, and the wife and I will be celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary, so the next installment may be a bit late. I might have some extra to put up, though..just to give you folks something cool to look at.
As always, thanks for following along!

Where’s Eddie?
The whole birthday illness thing has thrown me off schedule, so I won’t have any updates until next Monday, where we’ll see what happens to poor Eddie. I think I can promise that the burning ghost get’s his in the end….
In the meantime, here is a promotional piece I did for (insane comic creator) Dwight MacPherson’s new creation “M-THEORY”.

It’s a classic, 1950’s Sci-Fi story that looks to be lots of fun! Stay tuned!
